Decks should be washed every month
or so to keep them looking great.

• Formula 1

The 1/2 gallon Simple Green to 1 gallon of water is what you need.

Procedure:

Pour the Simple Green into the warm water and stir. I don't like to pour the water into the Simple Green as you will get too many bubbles. Wash the deck with a deck brush, then rinse off with lots of water. (don't forget to first wet down and cover all the plant life around your deck areas)

• Formula 2

Mix a solution of:  (1) quart of Jomax House Clearner-Mildew Killer, (3) quarts bleach and (4) gallons warm water. Spray on your deck, fence, house and let sit for 15 minutes. Scrub lightly and rinse thoroughly. Read the Jomax label for complete instructions.

Let dry and spray a coating of Amazon Mildew Stain Away all over, this will help keep your deck looking good and help stop mildew from growing.
